How do I know a station has fuel?
Each station publishes its availability in the app and updates it as it dispenses, so you can see which fuel it has and at what price.
What happens if I'm late to my slot?
You don't lose your slot or what you paid. Come anyway: you'll be served after the customers whose slot it is at that moment, so all that changes is that you wait.
Can I change the date of my slot?
Yes. From the app you can move it to another day or time, as long as there are slots still free at that station.
Can I dispense at any station?
No. You dispense at the station where you booked the slot. You can choose any of the ones connected to Gasolero based on availability and distance.
Can the price change after I pay?
No. You pay for the order in full online, before heading out, and it's locked at the price you saw then. Nothing is charged or adjusted at the station: you show your QR and your PIN, and they dispense what you already paid for.
How many liters can I book per slot?
You book the amount you need within the limit each station publishes for that slot. You define it when booking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with international credit or debit cards, and with your Tropipay balance.
